Dr. Nadia Saina
MD: Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist
"I graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and did my General Psychiatry residency at the University of Kansas as well. During my residency I saw a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds and a wide variety of mental health challenges. I enjoy treating all aspects of psychiatry with a special interest in treatment resistant depression and ECT.
I assess, diagnose and treat depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar spectrum disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and more. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly. I focus on patient centered care and I work hard to advocate for my patients.
In my free time I enjoy world travel: I have been to 13 countries and have so many more on my list. Hiking and outdoors activities like paddle boarding and running. The beauty of Western Washington has been amazing to explore."

Malia Williams
Assistant Office Manager
"I have my Associates Degree in Arts (DTA) and am currently studying at university where I am working towards my Batchelor's of Psychology. My interests academically include (but are not limited to) women's mental and physical health, perinatal mental health, developmental psychology, and child/adolescent mental health, and my goal is to become a counselor or clinical psychologist.
I work at the front desk at Fairhaven Behavioral Health & Wellness, not as a provider. I aim to help people with scheduling, billing, insurance, and other areas of information! My favorite part of the job is finding ways to get FBH connected with the mental health community and getting to make even the smallest positive difference in people’s days.
Outside of work and school I enjoy hanging out with my pets and people I love, scrapbooking and arts and crafts, practicing self-care and being active, and finding new video games to play."
